Yes. With QBO and Transaction Pro, there is a separate subscription required to connect to a QBO file. This is different than with QuickBooks Desktop, where a single TPI subscription could be connected to multiple companies.
The subscription with Transaction Pro is also monthly.
If we have a large clean up for a client and need TPI just for the clean up, we purchase the subscription for a single month and then cancel. There is no annual requirement for the subscription, it is month to month.
