It can be difficult as we cross over multiple clients who have their own unique anomalies, to recall where we posted an expense last. QBO has a setting which will pre-fill the information for you into the transaction based on the last entry for that particular supplier. This will also help you maintain consistency within the file, and allow more than one of your staff to enter things without sacrificing accuracy.
It is a setting that you have to turn on.
This setting can be found under the Gear Icon->Company Settings->Advanced->Automation->Pre-fill forms with previously entered content.
