Attachments can be added to any of the following:

    Bills
    Checks/Cheques
    Credit Card
    Credit Memo/Adjustment Note
    Customers
    Delayed Charge
    Estimates/Quotes
    Expenses
    Invoices
    Receive Payments
    Refund Receipt
    Sales Receipt
    Vendors/Supplier
    Vendor/Supplier Credit
Notes:
    Attachments cannot be added directly to list items such as Accounts, or Employee Names.
    Attachments can also be added directly to the Attachments list, without assigning them to a transaction.
    On the Expense list, users can also filter by attachments on the transaction list for customers and vendors. 

Acceptable file types for attachments: upto 25mb in size
