Intuit says no, but in our experience, yes. They don't move over in groups (if you have them set up that way in QB Desktop). And they all move over as Reminders -Unscheduled, so there is a little bit of setup required after the conversion.
Since Intuit says that they don't move over, there must be scenarios where they won't, so be prepared to have to set them manually, in case yours is one of those scenarios :-)
