On the Pay Bills Screen, when you choose a bank account, it displays the bank balance. Sometimes it is red font, and sometimes it is black font.
What the heck?
If the bank balance is in red, it means that it has a negative balance and the account is in overdraft. So make sure the client has overdraft protection before you start writing checks! Or maybe you are missing a bank deposit somewhere?
