Nope.  Unfortunately not.  In order to push them across from HubDoc into QBO, you will need to download and split them yourself and then re upload.  Or you could enter the transactions manually.  

The problem also with having more than one expense receipt in a file is that there really isn't a single place to file them in the HubDoc file structure.

So try and train your clients not to do this :-)
