Some of your documents are in the Bills and Statements folder and some are in the Uploads folder. How does HubDoc decide where to put them?
Bills & Statements - these are the documents that are automatically fetched by HubDoc. You or your client have entered in the login credentials for this account, and every night HubDoc checks to see if there is something to download.
Uploads - these are the documents that you have either emailed into HubDoc, uploaded via the Mobile App, or uploaded from your computer.
